The best lipgloss I have ever owned

The best lip gloss I have ever owned. 

Now that is a fairly large statement, given that I have owned many a lip gloss throughout my (some might say short) existence. I have never been able to find one that makes me think 'yes I want to have that in my handbag to have handy'. That is because no matter what lip gloss I have tried it has always been sticky, tasted too strong and/or just left my lips feeling... well, gross. That was until I accidently bought one by the lovely company Philosophy. 

This particular lip gloss is called Tinsel Town and came with a small bottle of their well known shower gels, labeled with the same name.  I didn't realise it came with a lip gloss till I got it home and opened up the cute packaging. What a pleasant surprise! To be honest I wasn't expecting anything much, as usually when you get a lip gloss along side the main product, it is usually pants.

The lip gloss applies really easily with the tube, though you do have to squeeze a fair bit to get some on to your lips.  When you smear it on, you are instantly given a very refreshing almost minty feeling on your lips. Kind of lick having a Air Waves chewing gum, that kind of feeling, but on your lips. Then as you rub it in you realise how smooth and lovely it feels. Absolutely no stickiness what so ever. The taste is a minty berry flavour, but not too strong, enough for you to go 'mmmmm'.

The colour comes out quite strong but when it's used on your lips, it creates a lovely shimmer. 

I would describe the colour as my coloured lips... but better. 

I absoultely demand you head over to Boots and buy this amazing little treat for yourself as it is half price at the moment! (Reduced from £16 down to £8) 

I will review the Shower Gel in a separate post soon. (But let me tell you, it's fantastic)
